Nick Schlekeway

Nick Schlekeway is the founder and owner of Amherst Madison, an independent real estate brokerage in Boise, Idaho, built without outside capital. Under his leadership it has become Idaho's #1 luxury brokerage, ranked in the top 1% nationally by RealTrends, with more than $6 billion in lifetime sales and five consecutive years on the Inc. 5000. He started as a Boise City firefighter writing contracts on his days off. After a first year of dozens of offers and almost no acceptances, he built the systems he needed and has spent fifteen years training hundreds of top-producing agents to use them. A former honors student and all-conference team captain at Boise State University and a summa cum laude graduate of Georgetown University's real estate master's program, Nick is the author of The Essential Agent. He lives in Boise with his wife and children.
